1. Acceptance
By using the WIND Café website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products and pricing
We work hard to display products and prices accurately. Prices are in Saudi Riyal and include VAT (15%) at invoicing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of clear pricing errors or stock-outs.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Moyasar under their PCI standards. We never store card data. Failed payments cancel the order automatically.
4. Delivery
Wind delivery in Madinah and Jeddah within 1–3 business days. National shipping via Aramex or SMSA in 3–7 business days. Times are estimates and may shift due to circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns and exchanges
Food items (beans, desserts) are non-returnable for health reasons, except when delivered damaged or different from the order. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@wind.sa and we'll take care of it.
6. Intellectual property
All logos, designs, and visual or written content on the site belong to WIND CAFEE TRADING COMPANY. Commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time; the published version is the effective one.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Saudi courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
