WIND CAFEE TRADING COMPANY (WIND Café) is a Saudi specialty coffee brand. We are the controller of the data you provide through cafe.odoo-sa.com.
2. Data we collect
- Franchise / careers applications: name, phone, email, city
- Orders: shipping address and order notes
- Card data is processed directly by Moyasar — we never see or store card details
- CVs (careers only) — held securely for 90 days, then deleted
3. How we use it
- Fulfilling your order (delivery, invoicing, support)
- Responding to franchise / careers applications
- Statutory obligations — ZATCA e-invoicing
4. Who has access
Only the relevant Wind team and essential operational partners: Moyasar (payments), Aramex / SMSA (national shipping when chosen), and our hosting provider. We never sell your data, nor share it with third parties for marketing.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
6. Cookies
We use essential storage only: a language preference (NEXT_LOCALE) and your cart (localStorage). No advertising trackers.
7. Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
